Sutton House Of Prayer exists to facilitate and encourage prayer in, for and from Sutton in order that the Kingdom of God be established in the town.

Sutton House Of Prayer (lovingly nicknamed SHOP) is a room in a shared house 5 minutes walk from the centre of Sutton. The room is set up as a permanent space of prayer with a focus on seeing the Kingdom of God break out in the town.

The heart is to see prayer for Sutton increase and SHOP is one way of doing that. The space is creative and is made by the prayers of the people who spend time in it. It is kitted it out to give information and inspiration for praying on behalf of Sutton, as well as a place to meet to focus on meeting with God.

At the moment weekends of prayer usually happen once a month in a 24/7 style - i.e.  the weekend is broken up into 1 hour slots and people then sign up to prayer during the time they have chosen - from midnight Thursday through to Monday evening when we finish with a celebration together.
